“Come on Lita; show us your dreams again.”

“Never.” She was chained to a pipe that was running through the ceiling of a decrepit building. Her feet weren’t tied however and whenever the Hawks Eye or Tigers Eye tried to get close to her she would kick out. They were trying to bind them together but were finding it harder than they thought it would be.

“You just wait. My boyfriend will find you and kill you just like he killed that other whore. His power is beyond anything than you have ever been up against and you know it.”

“Why do you think you aren’t dead yet? We are simply using you as a tool to keep us alive until we can open a portal to Jupiter.”

“Why do you want to get to Jupiter?”

“Because our queen need your pure dreams to get out of the prison that Pluto has put her in. Out of everybody we have searched, your dreams are the most pleasing to her.”

“But how can you say that I’m pure? Serena is the purest person on the planet.”

“It was easier to get our hands on you. Serena is so well protected.”

“So what happens when she gets my dreams?”

“Well, naturally, we are going to have to kill you.”

“This goes on forever.” said Sage who was growing more and more edgy.

“I agree.” said Pluto who was leading the way. “Just like time, this place has only one beginning and no end.”

“Well we better find her soon or I will be forced to take my anger out on something or somebody else.” Trista stopped walking and looked at Sage.

“Sage you need to calm yourself down. It’s a lot easier to lose your mind here than it is down there on earth. And this is not the best place to lose it. Just take a deep breath and calm yourself okay?”

“Calm myself?” Sage looked down and began to laugh. But it wasn’t a normal laugh. Everyone stopped walking and watched Sage worriedly. “Why’d we stop? Why the hell did we stop!? Did I say we could stop!? DID I!?”

Rowen walked over to him and put his hand on his shoulder. “Sage, calm down.” Rowen looked at his friend but didn’t see the friend he was used to. It was a different Sage. A scary Sage.

“How can you tell me to calm down? You have no idea what I’m going through. So until you do don you DARE tell me to calm down. YOU GOT THAT!? None of you tell me to calm down.”

Now Cye, Ryo and Kento were walking toward him. Sage realized this and then he took off running and then disappeared in the haze.”

“SAGE!” The boys began to go after him.

“STOP!” screamed Trista. “He’s lost it already. You can’t get him back so there is no point in getting lost over him.

“You’re wrong.” Rowen said. “Sage will find himself again. Sage is the strongest person I know. He just took too much stress all at once but he can handle it. We have to go after him.”

“Rowen...it is impossible to find him now. We need to stick together or we will all get lost and I am the only who knows how to get out of here. So stay here.”

Rowen’s eyes began to water. “So you’re telling me I’m never going to see my best friend again.”

“That’s exactly what I’m saying. Now don’t lose yourself either. We need all of the power we can get.” Amy walked over to Rowen and wrapped her arms around his waist.

“It’ll be okay Rowen. I have faith that Sage will find us or at least find a way out. Just have hope.” Rowen looked at her as though she was the one who had just lost her mind but he kissed her forehead and nodded. “Now let’s keep going okay?”

After a while Sage stopped walking and knelt down and cried. He though about Lita and if he would ever see her again. He thought about his friends and wondered if was a good idea for him to run away from them. Now he wasn’t sure if he would find them again or if he would ever see earth.

“You miss her don’t you?” Sage stood up fast and recognized Tigers Eye. “I could take you to her. She has been asking for you and it would be a treat for you to see her before we take her to our queen and dispose of her.”

“How do I know that this isn’t a trap?”

“You don’t but think of it this way. Even if it is, you get to see Lita again. Isn’t that worth dying for? Trust me you will see her if you come with me.”

“Alright...I’ll come.” Tigers Eye grabbed Sage around the wrist and jumped into a fire portal. Sage felt like it was the same thing next to Trista’s teleportation. They stopped in front of an old marble building that resembled Greek Architecture. “Follow me.” Sage walked up the narrow stair case.

The building opened up and the first thing that Sage saw was Lita chained to a pipe that came out of the ceiling. He ran over to her and put his arms around her but she was out cold. “Lita...wake up sweetie. Oh God please wake up! I’m here. It’s me Sage. Everything is going to be alright. I won’t let them do anything to you I promise. Trust me okay. I love you.”

Her eyes opened. “Sage...is that you?” she asked weakly. She smiled when her eyes finally focused and she tried to kiss him but lost her balance on her now tied feet and fell pulling her arms further above her head. She winced in pain.

Sage helped her regain her balance and then he kissed her. “I won’t leave you again okay. I promise you”

“You’d better not.” She put her mouth closer to his ear and whispered, “Get me out of here Sage. I’m so scared.”

“I promise I won’t let them take you from me again.” He kissed her again and then Hawks eye yanked him away from her.

“That’s enough love for one day. It’s making me sick.”

“Please don’t take her.” begged Sage. “Take me in her place. Just let her go.”

“You’ll agree to that?”

“Yes, just as long as you take Lita back to the group and not the middle of nowhere.”

“I think we can arrange that.” He turned around to talk to Tigers Eye. “He’s playing right into our hands. I knew this would work. Now untie Lita.” Tigers Eye undid the rope and chains. Then he jumped through his portal. “He’s taking her to Sailor Pluto. She’ll be fine. Are you prepared for torture?”

Trista stopped walking. She looked up and Tigers Eye fell from the sky with Lita. “What are you doing? Give her to us.” Kento ran over and took her from him.

“She’s very lucky her boyfriend took her place. He’s going to go through a world of pain before we end it for him.”

“NO!” screamed Lita trying to get out of Kento’s grip. “You should’ve kept me. You wanted my dreams.”

“No you silly girl. You were the bait. We wanted Sage’s dream. Your dreams are nothing next to his. Why do you think you have an ordinary dream mirror? Your dreams can do nothing for us. His dream can do numbers. Thanks for being our bait and I’m sure I will se you again real soon.” He jumped back through the portal.

“NO, COME BACK!” She screamed and kicked.

“Lita, it’s okay. Sage can take it. We’ll get him back I promise.” Rowen went over and took her from Kento and placed her on the ground. “If you stay with us we could find him a lot faster.”

“Okay.” Lita said through tears. They began walking and suddenly they heard a scream of pain and a flash of lightning lit everything around them. “Sage, he’s in pain. We have to get to him.”

“Sounds like he’s finally cracked.” said Kento.
